Shipping Policy

If you have a required on-site date due to installation or other reasons please contact us to ensure we can meet your delivery requirements. ***NOTE - Expedited Shipping does NOT include production, assembly, or processing time.

TYPICALLY orders are shipped in 2-3 business days depending on stock levels.  This may take up to a week if no units are pre-assembled.  Larger quantity orders can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on parts inventory and total quantity required. 

Orders placed on Friday after noon pst, Saturday, Sunday or holiday are considered orders placed on the very next business day and will be processed at that time.

Return Policy

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip, and indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
